To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency and urgent cases always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For your convenience, "check-in" appointments are available. A "check-in" means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to check your pet in sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
Checking in your pet takes about 10 minutes or so-- a little longer for new clients-- so please allow for this.
Discharging your pet-- going over the findings and the treatment plan, explaining the purpose and use of medicines, etc-- may take even longer.
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date when they come to the hospital. This includes boarding and grooming patients.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. A deposit up to the estimated price for procedures is required for surgery, hospitalization, and other times your pet is checked into the hospital. For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks may be accepted with proper identification and approval from a check verification company.
